This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
About the Role
The job of Staff, HR Technology is responsible for implementation, support, and optimization of our HR technology solutions.
This role will closely partner with both internal and external business teams directly, to ensure that the company’s overall strategic goals, while enhancing the system experience.
Incumbent is responsible for project, service/support delivery [as per the roadmap], ongoing maintenance of HR systems – meets the business requirements.
Who You Are and what you bring:
- Minimum 8+ years of Workday experience, with a strong focus on Core HR, proven experience with implementation & system management and experience in any two functionalities - Absence, Benefits, Core & advance compensation.
- Ability to solve complex problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Benefits integrations, other Workday integration knowledge [CCW, studio, PECI, PICOFF] is advantageous.
- Expertise with Workday dashboards, reports, Security etc.,
- Experience with agile methodologies & product management tools [e.g., Jira].
What you will be doing:
- You will be leading a at least one functionality, interact with business to drive the projects.
- Will be responsible for expanding the existing functionality for countries/regions and rolling out new functionality, with good documentation.
- You will be responsible for identifying and fixing the gaps with appropriate solutions and strong impact assessment.
- Will be responsible for BAU activities, includes - Service, Enhancements, Defects, Changes.
- Will be accountable for managing the recurring cycles, both functionality and system [Version release, Year end activities etc.,] related
- Responsible for taking care of Workday recurring cycles, eg: WD new versions, year end activities, functionality related cycles.
- Accountable for sharing knowledge within team, conducting training and workshops., preparing SOPs etc.,

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross functional teams.
- A self-starter with proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues & strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently & as part of a collaborative team.
